CoutureStudio's Terms and Condition

1. Serious buyers only.

2.Prices are FIXED and non-negotiable.

3. All items are BRAND NEW.

4. Items are sold on a first come first served basis.

5. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or returns are allowed.

6. All payments are to be made into our Maybank or Public Bank within a period of 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in the items going to the next buyer in line without further notice.

7. Part payment of 50% is required for reservations. This deposit is not refundable and will be forfeited if payment is not being made by the stipulated date agreed.

8. Advanced payment is required prior to restocking to avoid any last minute back-out buyers. Full refund will be made if item cannot be restocked.

9. We will not be responsible for any lost/damaged shipment as we ensure utmost care is taken in packing and getting your items shipped.

10. Item(s) MAY be restockable unless stated otherwise, do enquire within.

11. Item(s) will only be posted out on every Monday and Thursday.

12. All measurements are taken with the item(s) laid flat
